The 3D laser cutting technology used in the production of our fireplaces ensures precise cutting of each component from P265GH boiler steel. The machine allows us to tailor the process to the specific requirements of each fireplace insert, enabling fast order completion while maintaining high accuracy. Additionally, thanks to the top-quality laser, the cuts are exceptionally precise.

In our fireplaces, we use bending of 3mm thick boiler steel sheets. The entire fireplace is made from this thickness of steel. Our specialized tools enable precise bending of all components, ensuring an accurate and consistent manufacturing process. This quarantees repeatability in every bend, making further production stages more efficient.

During the production process, we use MAG welding, which involves creating an electric arc between a consumable electrode and the welded material. The consumable electrode is a continuously fed wire. This method is used to join boiler steel, forming the entire body of our fireplace. Thanks to this technology, we ensure the highest quality and 100% airtightness of our products.

Quality control is a key aspect of our fireplace production. We want to ensure that the final HEATING products meets all required standards and customer expectations. Since our fireplaces are primarily exported, we cannot compromise on reliability or quality in any of the units we ship worldwide.

Our quality control process includes several stages, from storing steel sheets in a dry place to degreasing and fitting all components, finishing with a thorough inspection of the paint coating and all moving parts.
