Fireplaces from Bydgoszcz since 1978
Heating's history goes back to 1978, and in the early 1980s we began manufacturing cast iron inserts. In 2011 we moved into producing steel fireplaces. After extensive testing, our steel inserts meet the strict BImSchV 2 standard and have the highest energy efficiency class for fireplaces, A+.

STAGE 2
Bending the steel plate
The whole insert is made from 3 mm boiler steel plate. Our tools let us bend every part precisely, and each bend is repeatable.
STAGE 3
MAG welding
We join the body using MAG welding - an electric arc between a continuously fed wire and the welded material. This makes the body durable and fully sealed.
STAGE 4
Quality control
Most of our inserts are exported, so we check every stage: from storing the steel plate in a dry place, through degreasing and fitting the parts, to checking the paint finish and all moving parts.

What is the difference between the steel and cast iron inserts?
Steel inserts have a body made of 3 mm P265GH boiler steel plate; the 620, 720, HEATING PRO M 6 and M 7 models have class A+ and are suitable for a warm, heat-storage enclosure. Cast iron inserts have a cast iron body: the corner PRO EKO 10 kW, the EKO 10 with a straight glass panel, the three-sided PRO 3, and the PRO PW with a water jacket.
What output do the HEATING inserts have?
From 10 to 16 kW. The most powerful air-heating insert is the HEATING PRO M 16 (16 kW), and the HEATING PRO PW has 14 kW, of which 7.5 kW goes to the water circuit.
Do the inserts have declarations of conformity?
The steel inserts 620, 720, HEATING PRO M 6 and M 7 have a declaration of conformity with EN 13229 and the Ecodesign Regulation (EU) 2015/1185 - available to download on the product pages. Documentation for the other models is sent on request.
Where do you manufacture the inserts?
At our plant in Bydgoszcz, at ul. Przemysłowa 22D. We have been making fireplaces since 1978: we cut steel with a 3D laser, bend the plate, weld the bodies using the MAG method, and inspect every unit before shipping.
Do you have an insert with a water jacket?
Yes - the HEATING PRO PW. It has a total output of 14 kW, of which 7.5 kW is delivered to the central heating system, and the water jacket holds 31 l.
