A view of the fire from three sides
An insert with a front glass panel and two side panels. Suits a peninsula-style enclosure, where the fireplace stands in a passage between zones and is viewed from several directions. Against a flat wall, a straight insert is the better choice.
Planning the enclosure
Three glass panels mean greater radiant heat output and a different approach to the enclosure than with a wall-mounted insert: access from several sides needs to be planned, along with the layout of the grilles and clearance from heat-sensitive materials.
Construction and emissions
Body and chamber lining made of cast iron, one baffle, cast iron ash pan. Emissions at nominal output: particulate matter 20, organic gaseous compounds 91, carbon monoxide 1219 and nitrogen oxides 52 mg/m³ – within Ecodesign limits.
Corner version with two glass panels: HEATING PRO EKO 10 kW.
